Location: Split between the Atlanta, GA and Clemson, SC areas then full time in SC

 Summary

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations for the company’s locations in the Americas.  The role supports the development and execution of HR strategies, and ensurs alignment with business objectives.  The Senior HR Manager will serve as an operational and strategic business partner to leadership within the Americas and reports to the head of the Americas business and the Global Head of HR.  Responsibilities include managing core functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and administration.  This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive workplace culture and encouraging employee growth and engagement.  Since the role supports several locations, the Senior HR Manager will partner with each country’s management on operational execution alignment

Key Areas of Focus

  • Development and management of regional HR Strategy and Policies

  • Translation of HR Strategy into concrete action year plans

  • Reporting based on KPIs (HR Dashboard)

  • Succession planning and organizational development

  • Serve as an advisor to the Management Team

  • Input and monitors the HR budget

  • Compliance and data integrity

  • HRIS and processes

 

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with ideally  at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting multi-site or remote teams is a plus

  • Spanish is a plus.

  • Some international travel required
